Schmitt: Shieß-Dienst - Schmitt: Shooting Service.  Schmitt put out some very fine manuals.  This is more detailed than the basic shooting manual above, so I'm calling this the intermediate manual.  It also has details about shooting theory, shooting from higher and lower elevations than the target position, details about the "danger zone", target operation and indicating hits, sport-like physical training for shooting, and shooting with the P08.  52 pages, over 35 illustrations.
