All merchandise offered on this site is legal to sell at this location.
All parts are sold for replacement purposes only. We sell NO parts or spare
parts sets to convert guns to full automatic. You should check with your
local and state governments to make sure there are no restrictions on owning any of the items offered here. All NFA rules and Federal, State and Local laws apply.

All firearms are offered for sale ONLY to holders of Federal Firearms
Licenses. All ammunition is offered for sale only to persons 21 years of
age and over who are legally entitled to own such ammunition. There is NO domestic restrictions on the sale of parts or spare parts sets at this time. However you should check your State and local laws before ordering.

No non-guns to NYC or California.

No Belts to CA, CO, NY or MA. without a high-cap magazine license or FFL.

No hi-cap mags to: CA, CO, MD, NY, MA, NJ. without high cap. magazine license or anywhere that has laws restricting their ownership.

Delivery of product to shipper is considered delivery to the buyer.

Money orders and certified checks are held for authentication, then ship as soon as we can get them packed.

We ship orders as soon as possible. We are a small shop (and not Amazon.com) and sometimes we get swamped with orders. Your order may take a few extra days to ship. We will notify you of any backorders. Thank you for your patience.

NO LARGE capacity magazines shipped to: NJ, MD, CO, NY, MA OR ANYWHERE THEY ARE PROHIBITED. No NON-GUNS shipped to NYC or CA. Spare parts sets that contain these magazines can be sent WITHOUT the magazines or with welded up demilled magazines. Demilling mags is extra.

MAGAZINES

Most of the magazines we sell are 60 plus years old (C&R). We do our best to provide good quality, but we CAN NOT guarantee that they will function in your firearm.

RETURNS:

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. You may
EMAIL during normal business hours for authorization. All returns must be prepaid. We will pay shipping charges and offer a refund or a credit if we are:

1. Negligent in shipping the wrong item.
2. Have not described an item or condition correctly.

If the reason for return is not our fault, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. We have a return rate of less than one half of one percent as such we describe our products accurately and truthfully.

Absolutely NO RETURNS on manuals, books or DVD’s. We will replace a defective one with the SAME product.

Merchandise MUST be returned AND in the condition it was received in order to receive a refund.

10 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ALL ORDERS SHALL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND FULFILLED.
